1. Placing an Order

Please refer to the step by step guide below to place and order.

Step 1 : Visit our website and view our products in Our Products page.
Step 2 : Choose the templates for the background of the products if you wish to (Optional)
Step 3: Choose the 4 designs (Line Art, ASCII Art, Caricature, Pop Art) if you wish to (Optional)
Step 4 : Email your photo with following information to aa_artstudio@yahoo.com

  • A. Your Full Name
    B. Your Contact No. (Mobile)
    C. Your Email
    D. Your Delivery Full Address (E.g. No.5 Jalan Pekan Baru 35, 41050 Klang, Selangor, Malaysia)
    E. Your Alternative Contact No/ Email (For In Case)
    F. Your Message (Optional)
  • All information you provided must be accurate and clear to avoid any problem of delivery to the wrong address.

Step 5 : If you choose hand drawn pictures and satisfied with your pictures, then please reply to
dddddsales@aa-artstudio.com and mention " Please proceed for the final product printing"
Step 6 : Make payment via online banking or ATM.
Step 7 : Done, you will receive invoice with Customer Invoice No. as your successful purchase.
Step 8 : Your products will be arrived to your address.

2. Minimum Requirements for Your Photo

Please email your photo to be printed on our products or to be hand drawn to aa_artstudio@yahoo.com
Specifications for photo: 

  1. 150 DPI or at least 1200x1000 and above (approximately 2 times larger than passport size).
  2. For hand drawn facial picture, a full facial pose is needed.
  3. It is important that your photo must be clear.

Once your photo is sent by email, we will reply within 1 day whether your photo is good or not and discuss about how you want us to draw/print your photo.


3. Process of Hand Drawn Pictures

This step is for those customers who choose background templates or hand drawn pictures only and is not related to the normal printing (i.e. without template/hand drawn). After you email us your photo, the drawing process will take about 1 to 3 days depending on the complexity of the pictures.
Once picture processing is done we will email to you the hand drawn picture/template with your pictures before printing out the final products.  You are allowed to have 2 amendments before the final product is printed out.


4. Payment Procedures

Once you confirm the final drawings of the products, a quotation of the total price of the products you ordered will be sent by email. If you are satisfied with everything, please reply to sales@aa-artstudio.com and mention " Please proceed for the final product printing"

After that, please send the payment of the products to the following bank account. You can send by bank transfer via online banking or ATM. We will send the bank account through email.

After you bank in the payment, please send us the following information to sales@aa-artstudio.com:

- Quotation (or) Customer Invoice No.
- Bank In Amount
- Bank In Method (Online or ATM transfer)
- Reference Number of Bank Transaction (If applicable)


5. Shipping & Delivery

Once we receive your payment and delivery address, we will contact you and deliver your products within 3-7 days for West Malaysia and 5-11 days for East Malaysia. The delivery time may be earlier than expected or 1-2 days late depending on public holidays and delivery agency.

Shipping cost will be deducted based on the weight of the products once delivered. It will be charged as below:-

West Malaysia: Below 3kg - RM5.00
  Additional 1kg - RM1.00
   
East Malaysia Below 1kg - RM12.00
  Additional 1kg - RM9.00
Outskirt areas Additional RM10.00.

7. Refund & Exchange

We shall not be responsible for any damage to the products delivered by courier service, however we still consider you as our customer and offer our services at all times.   :) 

If you receive damaged or defective products, please email to sales@aa-artstudio.com within 3 days of delivery with your customer invoice no, description of the condition of the damaged or defective products, and photo of damaged or defective products. Please note that late information or unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

We will verified your request within 3 days and reply you as soon as possible for the arrangement of refund or exchange. If refund or exchange is required, then you will have to return the product by courier services. Postage or courier charges will be at your own cost. Once we receive the returned product, we will verify again and process for refund or exchange according to our terms and conditions.
